My one wish for Mother's Day was to sleep in...apparently, no one heard that wish. :) We had a nice morning, with my sisters and my mom coming over for brunch. Rianne and Madi always love to play together.
Then we had a lazy day finished off with a steak dinner, yummy! I was spoiled rotten from all my loves too! I got the most beautiful card and letter from Brittney, that I will cherish until the end of time! Love my "original" baby girl. Austin gave me a spa gift certificate for a facial, massage, mani, and pedi. Drew got the same one for Alicia, so we'll get to escape together! Madi and Emily got me some new makeup and nail polish, which Madi was very excited about, lol. They also got me beautiful yellow tulips, my favorite!
Just in time for Mother's Day, Denise's rosebush bloomed the most beautiful and fragrant red rose.
And my orchid from last Mother's Day also looked gorgeous!
And of course, I can't forget about the flowers Emily made for me at school. :)
I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful husband who realizes how lucky he is to have a wonderful wife. ;) And I can't think of a more perfect way to spend my day than with my two precious little girls, one of whom kept saying "Happy Mudder's Day!" Made me smile every time. :)
