Emily and Ellen

Emily may not be able to talk or understand all of what we say, but she has no problem understanding dance and music! I can be sitting in the living room watching Ellen, and when the music starts playing for Ellen to dance, Emily always seems to appear out of nowhere to watch. :) After bath time tonight, I sat down to watch the episode from earlier today. Ellen danced to one of Emily's favorites, "California Love" by 2Pac and Dr. Dre. Emily (with a hearing impairment!) heard it from the other side of the house and came to watch! She has a hard time standing in one place (her legs aren't strong enough), so she backs up to lean against the couch and keep watching. :)
