Emily's "Papa Shirt"

So we all know that Papa is Emily's BFF. What you don't know is that she also LOVES his work shirts. They are embroidered with his business name, and she loves to put her face close to it and yell and scream and laugh. She also loves to bite that part of the shirt, which has resulted in numerous injuries to Papa! Last week he brought her one of his work shirts to keep. It's like her blankie now, and we call it her "Papa shirt." We tried letting her sleep with her Papa shirt the first couple of nights, but it resulted in too much rowdy behavior at bedtime! :)

So now she plays with it during the day, and she just loves it. She chews on the "Cooper Diversified Services" embroidered letters, and laughs almost as much as she does when Papa is actually wearing it. Today I decided to put the shirt ON her and see what she did. She was pretty funny running around in the shirt, and trying her best to figure out how to bite it while she was wearing it! (You can see the wet part of the shirt from her chewing it). I'm not sure if she's getting all of her biting needs satisfied on her own Papa shirt, or if she's just practicing and has her skills fine tuned for when he comes to visit!! :)
